Art House Stays

Haifa is an absolutely splendid hostess. She is polite, professional, and responsive. When we first arrived, we were greeted by a bottle of sparkling wine, fine chocolate, and other gourmet treats. The house itself is positively charming. True, it is an older home, a true Victorian home, and that's what makes it so unique. However, Haifa has optimized the available space to be spacious enough for modern travelers. It very comfortably accomodated our family of two adults, two teens (they loved it by the way!), and two dogs. The majority of the home is air-conditioned, providing welcome relief from what can be the blistering heat of the day. The setting is picturesque, with the beach mere minutes away. The pace of Ocean Grove is welcomingly slower and more moderate than neighboring Asbury Park. Still, precisely for this reason, it offers the best of both worlds. I plan to return many times over the years to this quaint, charming Victorian era beach house!

The home was charming, quiet, and location was ideal. The perfect location for a beach getaway. Little things helped like tupperware containers perfect for taking snacks to the beach. We kitchen had everything you need for meal preparation. I loved the multiple ceiling fans in each bedroom. The neighborhood is also wonderful to walk around after dinner, we enjoyed having ice cream at 'Days' , and taking evening walks truly feels like you are in a small village. We really enjoyed the front porch, and my young niece especially loved the balcony off of the bedroom. The host Haifa was very responsive whenever we had a question. Overall we had a very enjoyable experience )
